Available at Motus Training Studio on an ad-hoc basis, or at your home at your convenience, through our partners Concierge Medical.
Whether it's at home or at work, our Health and Wellness Assessments offer individuals the opportunity to adopt a pro-active approach to their health, addressing issues at an early stage and ensuring continued well-being, prompt treatment, advice, support and referral if required.
Unlike many 'health screens' available, we offer you time with our doctors to discuss your personal requirements. This bespoke element enables us to focus on particular areas of concern and avoids unnecessary tests and expense to yourself. As well as standard parameters you would expect to be checked, this enables you to request additional testing that you may feel is necessary, such as allergy testing or nutritional components.
Furthermore, our independence ensures that if further investigations or opinions are required, we are best placed to offer genuine objective advice. Whether that's a specialist consultation, a scan or Xray, or simply arranging follow up with ourselves – we don't leave you to navigate the often complex options available.
All being medically well, there is always scope to develop your health and wellness further with expert advice and guidance from our associates. We'll happily put you in touch with experts in fitness, nutrition, motivation and lifestyle changes to ensure maintaining your peak performance and health.
What's included?
We aim to make our services as accessible and convenient as possible, so we'll come to your home, office or gymnasium, and will work around your time commitments. It's sensible to set aside an hour of your time. Assessments are carried out by one of the medical directors at Concierge Medical Practice, ensuring you are in the safe hands of a fully regulated and indemnified, experienced local doctor. All your personal data is stored on systems that exceed NHS security levels, and will never be shared with third parties without your express consent.
