Your Training Goals

Whilst many people say they would like to lose weight, what most of us really want is to look good and feel confident in our bodies whether we are dressing up for a special event or holidaying on the beach. Rather than weight loss, our clients focus on fat loss and improving muscle tone as this is what delivers the shape and size we really want. We do this by integrating the latest training techniques with lifestyle modifications, specific nutrition plans and targeted supplementation using the unique BioSignature Modulations Assessment to guide us.

Strength is an overlooked aspect of fitness that many people think only applies to athletes. Whilst athletes aim to build strength, it is important for all of us in terms of how easily we manage day-to-day life and how resistant we are to injuries or niggles like back pain. One of the most important benefits of improving strength is how empowering it is - especially for women. And strength does not mean you have to be overly muscle-bound, it's about teaching your body to use what its got as effectively and efficiently as possible and feeling good about it at the same time.
We work with athletes from recreational to elite level and in a variety of sports including equestrian sports, rugby, football, rowing, athletics and cycling. Whatever your sport, we can help you improve all aspects of fitness: speed, power, agility, strength, core stability, flexibility and endurance whilst helping you reduce your risk of becoming injured.
Between the team, we have just about seen it all when it comes to injuries, drawing from experience gained in varied locations from rehab hospitals to the Olympics. Our approach to your injury is not only to make the pain go away but also to make sure we understand the cause and put a plan in place to stop it happening again! We won't advise completely stopping your training or sporting activity unless absolutely necessary. In addition to injury rehabilitation, we also help clients prepare for and recover from surgery as well as aid rehabilitation from major illnesses.
